RACE DAY
When is SCORE Marathon 2025 by AIA Vitality?
It is on 13 July 2025.
Where will SCORE Marathon 2025 by AIA Vitality be held?
SCORE Marathon 2025 by AIA Vitality will be held in Putrajaya.
When does the event registration close?
Registration for the event will close on 31 May 2025, or once all slots have been filled—whichever comes first
What are the available distance categories?
The distances available are 5KM, 10KM, 21KM & 42KM.
What is the minimum age to participate in SCORE Marathon 2025 by AIA Vitality?
Participants must be minimum aged 4 years and older on 13 July 2025 to participate in the Malaysian and International categories, but participants aged 4 to 12 must be accompanied by at least one (1) adult participant aged 18 years and older.
What time does each race start?
The flag-off times will be announced on a later date.
Where can I find the race route?
Please follow the SCORE Marathon Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/scoremarathon and get updates on race route maps closer to the event date.
Is there a cut-off time to complete the run?
Yes, you can visit our website www.scoremarathon.com to find out the qualifying time for each category.
Do I still get a finisher medal and finisher certificate if I complete my run after the cut-off time?
Unfortunately, finisher’s items are only reserved for registered participants who have completed the race. The finisher’s items can only be collected at the finishing line after the race.
What happens if I cannot complete my run within the qualifying time?
All participants will have to complete their run within the qualifying time to receive the finisher entitlements.
Is it necessary to wear the race bib when participating on the event day?
Yes, it is necessary. The race organizer reserves the right to deny entry of runners into the start pen without valid race bibs.
Are strollers or baby carriers allowed on the event day?
We don’t encourage this but please note that if you choose to bring a stroller, it will be at your own responsibility and risk. Our team will not be liable for any incidents or accidents that may occur as a result of using a baby stroller during the event.
Is there a baggage deposit area on the event day?
There is a complimentary baggage check-in service at the race village where runners can deposit their belongings.
*Counters will only accept items secured in bag(s). Whilst maximum care and security will be enforced, the Organiser will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items, or delay in retrieving the bags. Participants are advised to arrive 1 hour before their start time to deposit their bags.
What if I am injured during the race?
Please alert the route marshals or medical responders for medical attention.
How can I access my personal race results after the event?
Participants can check their official results via Race Result within 12 hours after the event has ended. Official results and ranking are based on the ‘Gun Time’.
‘Gun Time’ (officially accepted by the IAAF as the valid mode of measuring running time) is recorded as soon as the gun is fired and it includes whatever distance you had covered before you actually reach the start line.
‘Net Time’ is recorded only when you cross the start line. Race ‘Net Time’ is often shorter than Race ‘Gun Time’ as many runners do not cross the start line until several minutes after the official ‘Gun Time’ has begun.
EVENT REGISTRATION
Can I change my distance or category after I have completed my registration?
You are allowed to change your distance or category before 15 May 2025. All change requests received after this date will not be accepted.
Can I join multiple race categories?
Joining multiple (5KM/10KM/21KM) categories is not allowed due to safety concerns.
Can I change my t-shirt size after registration?
T-shirt sizes can only be changed within 2 weeks after registration. After this period, no changes in t-shirt size will be accepted. You may write to [email protected] for your request.
I have registered but did not receive my confirmation email. What should I do?
If you did not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam, junk, promotions and social folders, or any other tabs in your inbox. If it is not there, please email [email protected] with your full name, IC/passport number, and email address used for registration. Alternatively, you may also view your event on your HeyJom mobile app dashboard.
Can I change my delivery address after registration?
You may send an email to [email protected] regarding this request.
I have my own insurance, so do I still need to purchase the Group Personal Accident Insurance from the event?
Yes, as set by the Sports Commissioner Office of Malaysia, it is compulsory to purchase the Group Personal Accident Insurance.
Do I get a refund if I choose not to participate after completing my registration?
No. Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
How do I know if my registration is successful?
An email confirmation will be sent to the email address that you used to register for the race.
Why have I not received my confirmation slip despite registering and making payment?
There could be several reasons:
- The email is in your spam folder or junk mailbox.
- The email has been blocked by your mail server and/ or is treated as spam.
- Your registration was not successful.
- There was an error in your email address.
Please check your spam/junk mailbox or your registration status via HeyJom. If all the above fails, please contact us at [email protected] and provide the following information:
- Name
- Email Address used for your HeyJom account
- Contact Number
Please allow at least 3-5 working days for investigation.
RACE ENTRY PACK COLLECTION
What do I need to produce to collect my Race Entry Pack?
A copy of your identification (both soft and hard copies are accepted) and a copy of your confirmation slip (both soft and hard copies are accepted) with QR code.
When and where is the Race Entry Pack Collection (REPC)?
The race entry pack collection is on 11 & 12 July 2025 at the Event Hall, Starling Mall, Petaling Jaya from 10 am – 8 pm.
Can I collect the Race Entry Pack for my family or friends?
Yes, but you must have a copy of their IC (softcopy) and their REPC QR code – which will be given on a later date. Each collector can collect up to a maximum of 6 race packs only.
When will I receive my Race Entry Pack if I opt for delivery?
You will receive the race entry pack at least 1 week before the event. Whereas for virtual runners, the race pack delivery will be in August as we need to wait for result submissions first.
I couldn’t make it to the Race Entry Pack Collection. Can I collect my Race Entry Pack on event day?
There will be strictly no collection on the event day. You may get your friend/family to collect your race entry pack for you on the collection days.

Introduction
- HeyJom Sdn Bhd and its subsidiary companies (‘HeyJom’) respects your personal data and is committed to ensure that your personal data is protected at all times. HeyJom assures that your personal data is collected, retained and divulged for lawful purposes in a fair and justified manner.

HeyJom collects and may process your personal data for the following purposes:-
- To respond to your enquiries;
- To contact and provide you with regular communications relating to the relevant promotions or product that you have enquired;
- For the maintenance of customer databases and customer service related processes;

- Research purposes including historical and statistical record keeping purposes; and
- Other purposes necessary or related to the above mentioned purposes.
- All personal information i.e. name, contact number, email address, home address, etc., collected from users will be kept strictly private and confidential. This data will only be used to promote all future and upcoming events to our users.
Failure to Supply Personal Data
The personal data provided by you is necessary to HeyJom. If you do not provide all the information as requested, HeyJom will not be able to keep complete information about you, thus affecting HeyJom’s ability to accomplish the purposes stated in clause 3 above.
Disclosure of Personal Data
- HeyJom may disclose your personal data to the following classes of parties for the above stated purposes:-
- Any related, affiliated or subsidiary companies of HeyJom;
- HeyJom’s appointed service providers in relation to HeyJom’s support & marketing programmes or data processors (if any);
- HeyJom’s business partners or online affiliates that provide service or product in connection with HeyJom’s business.
- HeyJom does not disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties without your consent. However, HeyJom may disclose your personal data if required by law or in good faith, if such action is necessary to comply with any law enforcement agency requirements, court orders or legal processes or fulfilment of the purposes mentioned in clause 3.
